The Health Risk Appraisal program serves as an "early warning" to alert participants of beginning health problems. The appraisal analyzes health-related behaviors, identifies disease risk, and recommends changes and general preventative services to reduce those health risk areas. Involves health profile test, blood pressure check, height & weight measurement. Individual and group aggregate reports are provided. Individual or group medical consultations are also included.
